Fee Schedules

This is broken down into 3 prices, one for the Initial Consultation, (In Person or On-Line), the second, the Hourly Rate for Personal Training, the third for Meal Preparation & Shopping.

In-Person Consultations

The first meeting, or the initial consultation will last for 90 minutes. The fee is $125.00 and I charge $15/$15 minute increments if we go over the allotted time. In this meeting you will receive a brochure that contains the following: training program (gym workout), the diet plan, supplement recommendations, cardio-program, a hormone checklist, recommended blood tests, articles, and my biography. You are paying good money for this information, so we ask that you do not pass it on.

Online Consultations

I also offer On-Line Consultations. The fee is $125.00. You can email me requesting a consultation. i will contact you to establish a time that works for us both. Once I have received your payment I will send you a complete brochure (see above for contents) via email. We will review the brochure during our phone call and I will answer any questions you have.

After you've had your blood tests done and have faxed me a copy of the results, I will either send you an email with my recommendations or give them to you by phone. The cost for either is $75. Since I'm not a doctor, I cannot write any prescriptions for the recommendations that i am making. You will need to have your doctor do that for you. I currently have names of a few doctors in New Mexico, Arizona, California and Texas that I can recommend for you if you don't have anyone that you're comfortable with. I hope to be able to identify other doctors around the country in the future. I am in negotiations with two doctors in Palm Springs with whom I may open an Aging Well Clinic. You will be notified once it has opened.

Hourly Rate for Personal Training

Before scheduling your first appointment at the gym we will meet to discuss our Plan of Action, $125. We will both agree on the goals, or we will not work together, as it just doesn't make any sense. The 90-minute meeting with provide you with all you need to succeed. I will measure your body fat and will plot our Plan of Action. My fee for personal training is currently $75/ for a 55-minute session. During these sessions, I will teach you how to safely lift weights, stretch muscles, use proper breathing techniques, chart your results, and be able to identify which body part you have worked. We will meet every 21 days to re-measure your body fat and to make updates to your Eating Plan, the cost for this service is $75. I am selling knowledge as well as hands on training. I have worked with the top trainers in the World, including and not limited to Charles Glass, Chad Nicholls, Craig Titus, Kelly Ryan, Frank And, and Chris Cornier. These are top Olympians, all of whom have graced the covers of many of the fitness magazines we all love!

Training at the Gym

Palm Springs, CA

I am currently training clients at World Gym in Palm Springs, CA. Corner of Sunrise and Vista Chino. The Daily rate is $15.00. Please check with the gym for monthly Rates and Specials.

If you would like me to train you at another gym in Palm Springs, please check with your gym ahead of time to make sure that an outside insured trainer is welcome. If they charge a fee for me to train you, it will be your responsibility to pay that in addition to my hourly fee.

Meal Preparation

I continue to get requests for assistance with meal Preparation and Supplement Shopping, so I've added this service to assist my clients. This can be done in groups or individually. The fee for this is $50/per hour. We will shop together for food and supplements, then come back to my home or yours and actually prepare meals that we'll eat together. I am working on finding a chef who can prepare meals for you as well; so if you are not into cooking or are not good in the kitchen, let me know. Prices will depend on your needs.

Scheduling an Appointment

My goal is to teach you how to properly train yourself and many of my clients have chosen to see me for 6-12 sessions and then train on their own. The program consists of 4 one-hour works outs a week. I can make some exceptions for those who would like 5 or more sessions or less than 3, so please ask me about the specifics.

Future Possibilities

There are plans in the making for 3-day weekend seminars better known as, "Boot Camps" for individuals, families, groups and/or couples. The Focus of the seminars will be to educate you about the workout, diet, and cardio portions of the program, all while experience life right here in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. You'll be shown how to live a lifestyle which allows you to entertain, go out for meals, go dancing, and traveling, all while maintaining the program and your physique. We believe you can look fantastic and have the time of your life all while making a living following your passion. If you'd be interest in this please make mention of it when you contact me by email. Cancellation Policy

My time for training is limited. I must stick to a 25-hour cancellation policy unless you are sick. My time, like yours is valuable and although I dislike doing this, I must. So, please know that I will expect you to pay for a missed session if you are canceling the day before or the day of due to scheduling problems on your part.
